Software Return Policy



Every item comes with a 30 day guarantee against defects. Before returning any product you must contact Great Deals Software to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. All defective products will be accepted directly by Great Deals Software (GDS) for replacement.

Software is not refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging with documentation and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the date merchandise received. Shipping is NON-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, software, booklets and pamphlets, etc. in new and resalable condition and free of any markings or damage. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suits his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer.
